At HolyFire, every piece is created with purpose. Each garment is made to order through our print-on-demand production process, designed specifically for you once your purchase is made. Because of this, all sales are final.
We take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order. If something is not right, we will make it right. Please review the information below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
Custom-Made Orders
Every item in our store is printed individually once an order is placed. We do not hold inventory or mass-produce items. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind or personal preference
To help you order confidently, please check the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost. To ensure we can assist you quickly, please follow these steps

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, name, and clear photos showing the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are made to order, the following cannot be returned or exchanged
• Wrong size or color selected by the customer
• Orders with incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Worn, washed, or altered items

Lost or Stolen Packages
HolyFire is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For added protection, we recommend adding Order Protection at checkout if available, or contacting your local postal service for claims assistance.
